Jasmine Snyder is a pastry designer living and working in the Gallatin Valley. She began her long journey towards special event pastry at the tender age of 6 when she lovingly prepared a banana cream pie while her parents were sleeping. She has been hooked ever since.
Her refined sense for flavor is informed by a decade of working in the food industry as a baker, barista, and chef while a lifelong love of Art, beginning in illustration before moving to sculptural ceramics and metalsmithing, infuses her pastry work with a highly cultivated artistic sensibility. Her inventive designs are further realized through her painstaking attention to detail and the resulting pastries are best described as edible art.
